After my diploma in electrical engineering and physics I worked for 15 years for an insurance company in the data center. There I was responsible for project and team management in the area of data, disaster risk and change management. During this time I also dealt with questions of personal management. How can people work well and be motivated?

 

Since 2 years I am working as a freelance trainer and coach. In this field I am consulting people by focusing their potential and resources.

Quantum Physics: The Limits of Science

Do our expectations create our reality?

​

In this workshop we will discuss the history and paradigm shift in science. How and what did people think, from the ancient Greeks to the present day? From classical mechanics, Newton, to quantum mechanics. Many questions remain unanswered, such as what space and time are. This raises the question of whether and in what way our expectations may even produce reality. In a second part, we will use the Zurich resource model, a tool for coaching and self-management, to do what we really want and expect.
